Okay, so i cannot seem to find the entrance to the disease research facility. I've looked all over the facility and there doesn't seem to be a way in. Can someone give me the specific coordinates? Also some what unrelated, but something seems to be draining my cyclop's energy significantly in the lost river. None of the facilities are at an island except the gun. All the other ones are deep underwater. In the case of the disease research facility, it's in the Lost River.
